JDM FD2 Honda Civic Type-R for K24 and K20 Blocks. This is a Full Floating RRC Piston and Ring Set with Forged Eagle Rods. This is for a complete set of 4 Brand New Pistons, NPR Rings**, and Eagle Forged Connecting Rods . Nippon Racing Hypereutectic RRC Piston are a perfect addition to *any Honda K-Series ALL MOTOR Engine Build.

Nippon Racing RRC Pistons are heat treated and come with a Ceramic Hard Anodized Surface Down to the second ring groove to improve heat Dissipation as well as use with Nitrous. Nippon Pistons are Equipped with 4 Cryogenically Heat Treated 22MM Wrist Pins and Teflon Coated Skirts and 8 pin locks.

Nippon Racing Piston sets are Weight matched to +/- 1 gram. Nippon Racing Pistons have deep valve pockets to also use of aftermarket performance camshafts up to Stage 3. These are true high performance racing pistons with a horsepower rating of 650 HP.

 *NOTE THESE PISTONS WILL NOT WORK IN K20A3 Engines

This kit is a full floating piston set. Meaning that they are designed for use with both OEM and aftermarket rods. 

Estimated Compression Ratios Are as Follows:
87mm K24 BLOCK and TYPE S or SI Head  12.5:1
87mm K24 BLOCK and K24 Head 13.5:1
86mm K20A BLOCK and TYPE S Head  11.8:1
86mm K20A BLOCK and K20A3 Head 11.8:1
86mm K24 BLOCK AND K20 Head 13.1:1

+add 0.02 for every 0.50mm Increase in Diameter

**Rings may be substituted for GNH or Hastings depending on availability
