Nippon Racing RRC Pistons are heat treated and come with a Ceramic Hard Anodized Surface Down to the second ring groove to improve heat Dissipation as well as use with Nitrous. Nippon Pistons are Equipped with 4 Cryogenically Heat Treated 22MM Wrist Pins and Teflon Coated Skirts and 8 pin locks.
ALL NIPPON RACING PISTONS SETS ARE WEIGHT MATCHED TO +/- 1 GRAM. NIPPON RACING PISTONS HAVE DEEP VALVE POCKETS TO ALLOW USE OF AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE CAMSHAFTS UP TO STAGE 3. THESE ARE TRUE HIGH PERFORMANCE RACING PISTONS WITH A HORSEPOWER RATING OF 650 HP.
