DC Sports Performance Headers

DC Sports 4-into-1 and 4-2-1 header systems are dyno tested to outperform all comparable header systems on the market. Extensive research and development goes into each system to ensure the best performance for your vehicle.

DC Sports header systems are precision bent on our CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from our non-contact digitizing scanner. Our flanges are CNC machined, we machine-grind the flange-mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal, and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system we make.

DC Sports headers are available in 100% T-304-stainless steel including the flanges, eliminating any chance of rust. We are proud to announce that our stainless-steel headers are now available in two finishes; polished stainless steel, and our NEW brushed stainless steel! Polished stainless systems are indicated with an "S" at the end of the part number, and brushed systems are indicated with a "B" at the end of the part number. Our polished stainless-steel headers feature hand TIG welds at the flanges, and our brushed stainless-steel headers feature machine MIG welds at the flanges that foster a tooled, custom-fabricated look. DC Sports Header Systems are also available in mild steel with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. Once our mild-steel systems are completed in manufacturing, they are subjected to a thermal degrease and a preliminary sandblast to prepare the header's surface for coating adhesion. Every ceramic-coated system is hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the header is cured for proper bonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish.

 DC Sports has several 50-state legal header designs to choose from. These include a race-inspired 4-into-1 design that optimizes mid- to top-end power, a lightweight, one-piece 4-2-1 design that provides maximum ground clearance and emphasizes low- to mid-range power for street/drag applications, a two-piece 4-2-1 design for easy installation and unmatched low- to mid-range power, and a 3-into-1 design for V6 applications. We are also proud to offer "Race-Only" headers in 4-into-1 and 4-2-1 designs (not C.A.R.B. exempt) for off-road applications only.
