All Nippon Racing piston sets are weight matched to +/- 1 gram. These are true High Performance racing pistons with a horsepower rating of 500 HP.
Nippon Racing Pistons are made using 2618 Alloy and Proprietary Centrifugal Spin Casting process as well as a 6 step heat treatment process to insure a piston that is just as hard as a forged piston, but with a much lower expansion rate that forged pistons.
