machined from billet aluminum with a Stainless Steel tension rod and jam
nut. No special adjustment wrench is needed with our tensioner!.

KS tuned is proud to offer our proprietary 600 HP F23 H-Beam connecting rods. KS tuned connecting rods are forged from 4340 Chrome Moly steel and CNC machined to our strict tolerances. Each set of rods includes KS tuned proprietary ARP 2000 fasteners and installation instructions with torque specifications. We design our connecting rods using the latest Solidworks CAD software, and each batch of rods is verified on a CMM and by actually installing it in an engine to ensure accurate tolerances. Each set of rods is sold in weight-matched sets within 2 grams.  This combination of stringent material selection, quality components, and precise tolerances ensures that you are offered one of the highest quality connecting rods on the market.

Brand new OEM Honda tensioner bushing

A worn tensioner pivot bushing can cause the timing belt to "walk" off the cam gears. Replacing this wear item is always our first recommendation when a customer states their timing belt has begone to walk off the cam gears.

The KS tuned 90mm Throttle Body Spray Plate fits all intake manifolds and throttle bodies that use the common 90mm bore and flange pattern such as the Skunk2 Ultra Intake manifold and sheet metal intakes using 90mm flange. The plate includes four stainless steel fittings that accept all brands of standard nitrous jets and will allow for dual stage wet shot or up to four stages dry. Each fitting leads to no less than five injection ports inside the bore of the plate and each shot can be as large as you can find a jet for.

KS tuned K-Series RBC/PRB Spray Plate

The KS tuned PRB/RBC Throttle Body Spray Plate fits both bolt patterns found on PRB and RBC K-series intake manifolds. The bore is 70mm and it works with DBW and cable throttle bodies. The plate includes two stainless steel fittings that accept all brands of standard nitrous jets and will allow for a dual stage dry shot or single stage wet shot. Each fitting leads to no less than five injection ports inside the bore of the plate and each shot can be as large as you can find a jet for.
